Welcome to our cozy house with a large, private plot in Tofta.
Located within cycling distance, 4km, of one of Gotland's and Scandinavia's most popular beaches. Here you will find restaurants, kiosks, a pool, after beach, a grocery store, etc.
The beach is about 2km long. Within walking distance of the house there is a café, shop and stone oven bakery. Visby is only 14km away, about 15 minutes by car.
The house:
Downstairs there is:
Kitchen fully equipped with fridge and freezer, cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Dining area for 4 to 8 people with an extension table. Living room and kitchen are open plan.
Toilet with shower and electric towel warmer and washing machine.
Outdoor room with barbecue.
Upstairs there is a double bed 200 x 180 (90 + 90) and a single bed 200 x 80.
In a separate bedroom there is a double bed 200 x 180.
2 tent beds are available if needed.
Patio and garden:
There is a dining table and lounge chairs with tables.
Gas grill and charcoal grill.
Badminton, boules, Kub games, etc.
Good to know:
Parking is available on the plot with 2 parking spaces
Mobile broadband
Cleaning is carried out by the tenant before departure or, you can pay an extra cost for cleaning, SEK 700
Cleaning materials are available in the house
Sheets and towels are brought by the guest or a sheet set is available for rent
Air conditioning is available with a cost for use
Rental is weekly with change on Sundays
