Until the 1950s, the farm's dairy was located here. Since then, it has also housed a bakery, hence the fully tiled walls and floors. Now it is a functional and cozy apartment with its own kitchen and private bathroom for six people.

The apartment is on the ground floor (however, there are two steps into the apartment) and is located at the far end of the farm Stora Holms säteri which is located between Tuve and Säve on Hisingen. The farm is a stone's throw from the O-ringenstaden Stora Holm and a few minutes by car from both Tuvevallen and Grimbo IP, where several matches in the Gothia Cup are played. Two golf courses, Sankt Jörgen Park Golf and Albatross Golfklubb, are both within ten minutes by car.
