Very nice archipelago house.

Near the water with a good location for proximity to everything. To the bus, tavern, beach one smaller and one larger, Grisslingebadet, 15 minutes by bus or car. There is a nice cafe / restaurant and ice cream parlor. A stone's throw from the house, the archipelago boats dock at the piers, which go to the outer archipelago and into the city of Stockholm. Always lovely to take a trip out on the lake! If you want to play golf, there are two golf courses only 15 minutes away by car or bus. The classic feeling of Swedish summer is here!

The house is located on a plot of two houses and close to the lake view from the plot.
The upper house on the plot is the rental house.
