House in Sundbyholm

Welcome to a peaceful and charming house in beautiful Sundbyholm – Here you will live in a large villa with space for up to 8 guests, surrounded by flowering gardens, horse paddocks and open landscapes. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with several patios, a greenhouse, a trampoline and plenty of space for both playing and relaxing.
On the large terrace, which is directly adjacent to the living room, there is a generous dining table with parasol and a view of the garden. Here you have sun most of the day.

The house is located next to Sundbyholmstravet, one of Sweden's most well-known trotting areas. Here you can walk among the stables, see horses and coaches training or experience trotting days, competitions, markets and summer concerts. Within walking and cycling distance is Sundbyholm Castle with a guest harbour, ice cream parlour and harbour café. Here you will also find one of Mälaren's most appreciated sandy beaches with barbecue areas, a playground and fantastic sunsets over the water. A large, well-stocked ICA MAXi grocery store is ten minutes away by car, Eskilstuna is 15 minutes away and Stockholm is an hour and a quarter away.
