Charming holiday home with sauna and garden

Welcome to Mjällom at the breathtaking Höga Kusten! Our high-quality, cozy holiday home on the edge of the village is the perfect retreat for nature lovers, hikers, and those seeking peace and quiet. Just 50 meters behind the house begins a forest area with the world-famous Världsarvsleden hiking trail – ideal for extended hikes or picking berries and mushrooms.

Nearby are several nature reserves, the Norne Orchids in Nordingra, Högklinten with its fantastic views, and the sea with its beaches, all just a short drive away.

The village has a grocery store with a café and a petrol station.

Living comfort: Lovingly furnished for a maximum of 6 people, the house offers the perfect, cozy retreat for couples and guests with dogs.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Upstairs Sleeping Area & WC:

All bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains so you can sleep soundly even under the midnight sun.

Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and private balcony.

Bedroom 2: Cozy double bed (140x200 cm).

Bedroom 3: Access through the bedroom. Perfect for children. Bunk bed: bottom bunk 120x200 cm, top bunk 80x200 cm.

Toilet: WC with sink.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features a stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There's also a dining area with a wood-burning stove for true Swedish coziness while cooking and spending time together.

Living room: Here, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax after a long day in nature. It is complemented by a comfortable relax chair. The spacious dining table is the ideal gathering place for shared meals. A large 55-inch Samsung Smart TV is also available for relaxing evening television.

Wellness: Relax after a long hike in our private sauna.

Washing machine: A washer and dryer are available in the basement, along with a laundry area and clothesline outside.

Included: All utilities, fresh bed linens and towels, and final cleaning are included in the price! Use of the sauna and washing machine is free of charge.

Dogs are welcome: A maximum of two dogs are allowed. A long, secure leash is provided in the garden, attached to a large tree, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the outdoors safely.

Wellness: Relax in the private sauna after a long hike.

Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome and stay free of charge. The garden is not fenced, but a long, sturdy leash suitable for two dogs is attached to a tree. Please understand that dogs are not allowed on the sofa, kitchen bench, recliner, or beds. Dog waste must be cleaned up after your pet.

For guests with dogs, there is a one-time additional cleaning fee of SEK 750.

Parking: You can park for free in front of the house and in the driveway.

Youth groups and loud parties are not allowed.

Electric cars: There are charging stations nearby. Charging electric cars inside the holiday home is prohibited.

You can rent the holiday home by the week; arrival day is Saturday.

There's a key box at the door, giving you flexibility. Check-in: from 3:00 PM; Check-out: until 11:00 AM.

Please leave the house tidy, dispose of the rubbish, and remove the bed linens.
