Charming Cottage Near Sundsvall

We are renting out our simple but cozy cottage about 15 km west of Sundsvall during the summer.

Here you can enjoy peace and privacy surrounded by nature, with a nice secluded swimming spot only a few minutes’ walk away. The cottage is best suited for people who appreciate simple country living rather than modern luxury.

The cottage includes:

electricity and running water
kitchen and dining area
living room with TV
sleeping space for 2 people in the cottage
sofa and kitchen sofa for extra sleeping places
guest cabin with 2 beds
small guest house with 2 beds

In total, 6–8 people can stay here in simple accommodation.

We are especially looking for guests who enjoy country life and would be willing to help a little with maintaining the property during their stay. This may include:

mowing the lawn
watering when needed
simple painting or small maintenance tasks by agreement

Longer stays are preferred.
