We are renting out our villa with a fantastic view! Located just under a kilometer from Askimsbadet, one of Gothenburg's most popular bathing spots. The house is 135 square meters, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two balconies, one of which has a view of the sea and the other is located in the back. Parking for two cars. Child-friendly and fresh accommodation with a perfect location for the summer holiday. Very easy to get to both the city center and Gothenburg's southern archipelago.

Bedroom 1: double bed 200cm, wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: children's room with bed 90cm. Space for air mattress available if you want an extra bed.
Bedroom 3: children's room with a single bed 90cm (stands on high legs, about 1m up). Space for air mattress available if you want an extra bed.
Bedroom 4: sofa bed 160cm raised. Projector and recessed projector screen.
Living room/dining room/kitchen: open plan with fireplace, sofa, TV, dining table with up to 12 seats and kitchen with large kitchen island.
Bathroom 1: toilet and sink. Shower cabin. Washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom 2: adjacent to bedroom 4, toilet, sink and shower.

Cleaning is included but it must be cleared away and prepared. Furniture must be in its place, no dishes left and kitchen surfaces wiped down. Garbage and recycling thrown away.
