Holiday home of approximately 50m² for rent in Brottby (Vallentuna) just 45 minutes from Stockholm city by car. The house is in year-round condition and has been renovated continuously. The plot is approximately 2300m² with a large lawn surrounded by forest and bushes. Just a five-minute walk away is a nice sandy beach. The Brollsta golf course is also nearby. The main house accommodates up to 4 guests, while a separate guest cottage on the property sleeps an additional 2.

The house has a bedroom with a 160-bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc), living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area for 4. Fiber is included with powerful Wi-Fi. Brand new bathroom with shower. New air heat pump with both heating and AC function provides extra luxury.

On two sides of the house there is a fantastic terrace with stairs down to the large lawn. On the terrace there is lounge furniture with room for many guests.

Good to know:
-The nearest bus stop is about 10 km away (Lövsättra)
-The house is available year‑round except for week 30
-Guests booking for more than 3 days are prioritized
-Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for 250 SEK/person
-Final cleaning, if desired, costs 2500 SEK per stay
-Private well with filtered, great drinking water
-Electricity, water, WiFi, heating/AC, and waste collection are included in the price
-Pets are allowed in the main house, but not in the guest house
-The fireplace in the living room has a fire ban
-Smoking indoors is prohibited
-The nearest grocery store is ICA Nära Brottbyhallen (small Asian restaurant next door)
-The nearest restaurant/pizzeria is Brottby Pizzeria & Grill
