Welcome to this well-maintained holiday cottage in Brottby (Vallentuna), set on a large natural plot close to a swimming lake and just 45 minutes from Stockholm. The cottage is approximately 50 square metres, suitable for year-round use, and has been continuously updated and renovated. It accommodates up to four guests, and there is also a separate guest cottage on the property with sleeping space for two in a 160 cm double bed.

The plot, measuring approximately 2,300 square metres, is surrounded by woodland and shrubs, offering a private and secluded setting. A sandy beach by a swimming lake is only a five-minute walk away, and the popular Roslagsleden hiking trail is nearby for those wishing to explore the countryside and enjoy nature.

A spacious deck runs along two sides of the house, with steps leading down to the garden. Here you will find comfortable lounge furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and plenty of space to relax in the sun and spend time with family and friends.

Good to know:

- The cottage is available all year round, except during Week 30.
- The nearest bus stop is in Lövsättra (approximately 10 km away), so a car is recommended.
- Bookings of more than three nights are preferred.
- Electricity, water, heating/air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and refuse collection are included in the price.
- Private well with filtered drinking water.
- Pets are welcome in the main cottage, but not in the guest cottage.
- Bed linen and towels can be hired for SEK 250 per person.
- End-of-stay cleaning can be booked for SEK 2,500 per stay.
- The nearest grocery shop is ICA Nära Brottbyhallen, and the nearest restaurant is Brottby Pizzeria & Grill.
- Smoking indoors is not permitted.
- The wood-burning stove must not be used.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i stugan och är verkligen supernöjda med vår vistelse! Vi var två vuxna och ett barn och boendet passade oss perfekt. Stugan var precis lika fin som på bilderna och beskrivningen, fräsch, välskött och mycket trevlig. Allt vi behövde fanns på plats och det märktes att stugan är väl omhändertagen. Läget var kanske det bästa av allt. Det är otroligt lugnt och rofyllt, med naturen precis runt knuten, samtidigt som det är nära till Stockholm. Sjön med badplats ligger bara en kort promenad bort, vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Vi trivdes verkligen från första dagen och hade utan tvekan kunnat stanna längre. Ett perfekt ställe för den som vill komma bort från stan och njuta av lugnet, utan att behöva vara långt från Stockholm. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka och kan varmt rekommendera stugan!
