Lower floor
Entrance with hall, toilet with private shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed (180cm) and wardrobe. Combined living room and kitchen. Sofa bed (140cm) and dining area for up to six people. Fully equipped kitchen.

Upper floor
Living room with sofa bed (140cm). Balcony with outdoor furniture for six people, two sun loungers, grill and parasol.

About 200m to the fantastic kilometer-long sandy beach. The beach is shallow and good for children to play and swim in. In summer, after beach is offered outside on the pier.
About 5 km to the summer town of Borgholm with shopping, restaurants and cafes. There is a cycle path all the way from Köpingsvik to Borgholm.
Nearby is Ekerum with two nice floor courts, paddle courts, etc.
For families with children, a visit to Öland's zoo and amusement park or the boxcar country might be appealing, about 30 minutes by car.
