Two houses in Ystad

Welcome to two charming houses located right next to each other. Here you can enjoy a peaceful setting with beautiful views while being close to Österlen, Ystad city, the beach, the sea and nature.

By car you can reach the beach or Ystad city in less than 10 minutes. By bike it takes 10–15 minutes. Österlen or Ystad Animal Park can be reached in a 15-minute drive.

You have access to both houses including the garden. In total there is space for 10 people and parking for four cars. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Wi‑Fi is available in both houses. Below are two descriptions, one for the white house and one for the yellow house:

THE WHITE HOUSE:

The ground floor consists of the following: a large living room with sofa, armchair and wood-burning stove; a beautiful veranda with large windows and a spacious dining table for lovely dinners; a large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm); a kitchen with a breakfast bar; a toilet with shower; and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The upper floor consists of two smaller bedrooms — one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (2 x 80 cm). Please note the low ceiling height.

There are three lovely outdoor areas facing different directions. The first faces the beautiful open landscape and has a deck and a dining table for four. The second has a pergola with a large dining table seating eight. The third has a small lawn with a gravel path. A barbecue is, of course, available.

The parking spaces fit two cars.

THE YELLOW HOUSE:

The ground floor consists of: a living room with sofa and armchair; a dining room with seating for four; a kitchen; and a toilet with shower.

The upper floor consists of a family room with two single beds (2 x 80 cm) and a large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a desk.

Right next to the entrance there is a cozy outdoor area with a dining table for four, two comfortable deck chairs and barbecue facilities.

The driveway fits two cars.
