Charming accommodation in Ystad

Welcome to a charming accommodation on the Ystad plain with roots dating back to the 1800s. This property is perfect for those who want to enjoy a peaceful setting with beautiful views while being close to Österlen, the cozy town of Ystad, the beach, the sea, and nature. The house has all the comforts you need to enjoy both summer and winter stays.

By car you can reach the beach or Ystad city in less than 10 minutes. By bike it takes 10–15 minutes. Österlen or Ystad Animal Park can be reached in a 15-minute drive.

You have access to the entire house and garden, with a total area of approximately 300 sqm.

The ground floor consists of the following: a large living room with a sofa, armchair, and wood-burning stove; a beautiful veranda with large windows and a spacious dining table for memorable dinners; a large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm); a kitchen with a breakfast bar; a toilet with shower; and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The upper floor consists of two smaller bedrooms — one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (2 x 80 cm). Please note that the ceiling height is low.

There are three lovely outdoor areas facing different directions. The first faces the beautiful open landscape and has a deck and a dining table for four. The second has a pergola with a large dining table seating eight. The third has a small lawn with a gravel path. A barbecue is, of course, available.

The parking space fits one car. If you need room for more, please contact us before booking.
