It offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a large bathtub. The kitchen accommodates 6–8 people, and the living room features a large sofa.

The cozy garden, with a view of the S:t Nicolai ruin, includes outdoor furniture, a trampoline, and a barbecue. As an added bonus, the house is close to a lovely playground that was featured in the classic Pippi Longstocking series.

Two parking spaces are available on the driveway behind the house, arranged one behind the other.
