Welcome to this charming summer house in Sund, Södermanland – perfect for a relaxing holiday close to nature and water. Here you live high and undisturbed with a fantastic view and magical sunsets to enjoy from the balcony.

In just about 10 minutes walk you reach Lake Sillen with a small swimming area – perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. During the height of summer you also have access to the area's pool and paddling pool, which makes the accommodation extra attractive for families with children.

The house offers two bedrooms: a spacious one with a double bed and a smaller one with a practical family bed (90 cm upper bed and 140 cm lower bed). An ideal accommodation for the family who wants to combine comfort with experiences close to nature. There is also a sofa bed for two extra sleeping places in the living room. Parking for three cars in front of the house.

Only 7 minutes away by car is Vagnhärad with a supermarket (Willys) and other services. In about 15 minutes you reach picturesque Trosa – a real summer gem with restaurants, cafes, small shops and a lovely archipelago feel. Nyköping is also within easy reach, about 30 minutes away.
