Welcome to a bright and cozy summer house set in beautiful natural surroundings, with stunning views over the water. Here you stay in an elevated and private location, with the forest close to the house and the sea as your nearest neighbor, a perfect place to relax.

The house features an open and airy layout with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and blur the line between indoors and outdoors. From the dining area, you can access the spacious terrace overlooking the water – perfect for long dinners, barbecue evenings, and lazy days in the sun.

Two wood-burning stoves are available for cooler evenings, adding an extra cozy atmosphere.

The plot is hilly and framed by rocks, pine trees, and greenery, offering a genuine archipelago feel. Several outdoor seating areas allow you to enjoy sun or shade throughout the day.

Getting here:
Stora Timrarön is easily accessible via regular archipelago ferries (Waxholmsbolaget) from Stockholm. You can also reach the island by private boat or water taxi, offering flexible arrival and departure options.

Seizoenen en prijzen

Priset varierar beroende på säsong och efterfrågan.

Högsäsong (juni–augusti):
Under högsäsong hyrs huset främst ut veckovis (lördag till lördag).
• Juni: från ca 22 000 – 26 000 kr/vecka
• Juli (högsäsong): från ca 30 000 – 34 000 kr/vecka
• Augusti: från ca 18 000 – 28 000 kr/vecka

Midsommar räknas som högsäsong med priser från ca 30 000 kr/vecka. Kortare vistelser under denna period endast i mån av tillgänglighet.

Mellansäsong (maj & september):
Flexibla vistelser möjliga.
• Helg (2–3 nätter): ca 7 000 – 10 000 kr
• Vecka: ca 14 000 – 18 000 kr

Lågsäsong (oktober–april):
Passar perfekt för lugn och avkoppling i skärgårdsmiljö.
• Helg(2-3 nätter): ca 5 000 – 7 000 kr
• Vecka: ca 10 000 – 14 000 kr

Storhelger:
• Nyår: ca 12 000 – 16 000 kr
• Jul: ca 10 000 – 14 000 kr
• Påsk: ca 9 000 – 13 000 kr

Slutstädning tillkommer med ca 1 500 – 2 500 kr beroende på vistelsens längd. Deposition kan tillkomma.
