Welcome to a cozy house beautifully situated along the Ystad country side. This accommodation is perfect for those who want to enjoy a peaceful environment while still being close to Österlen, Ystad, the beach, the sea and nature.

By car you can reach the beach or Ystad city in less than 10 minutes. By bike it takes 10–15 minutes. Österlen or Ystad Zoo is a 15-minute drive away.

You have access to the entire house and garden.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa and armchair, a dining room with seating for four, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor consists of a common room with two single beds (2 x 80 cm) and a large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a desk.

Right next to the entrance there is a cozy patio with a table for four, two comfortable deck chairs and a barbecue.

The parking space fits two cars.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Wi‑Fi is available throughout the house.

No pets allowed.
