The cottage is located on the first line towards the Mellbystrand sand dunes and from the patio you can hear the waves crashing against the beach.
The cottage belongs to an area consisting of 40 cottages that adjoin the Mellbystrand campsite where there is a grocery shop and activities during the summer.
The cottage area has a service building with shower and laundry facilities accessible to guests.

Within a 5-minute walk north you can reach Hökafältets nice exercise trails and a 5-minute walk south you can reach Strandhotellet with a restaurant and mini golf.
There is parking for one car or for 2 small cars.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and one with a bunk bed.
Open-plan living room to kitchen with sofa, table and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with hob (2 hotplates), oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Dining area for 4 people.

Outdoor patio with table and 4 chairs.

Toilet and sink are in the cottage.

A couple of wardrobes are used privately. The cottage has no heating.
