Newly renovated summer villa from the early 1900s with a spacious entrance, large kitchen, and 7 rooms, including 6 bedrooms, shower, and toilet. The house is being furnished for the summer season; more pictures can be emailed. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and three on the upper floor - no bunk beds.

Bed linens and towels are included. Guests are responsible for cleaning unless otherwise agreed.

Sunny, open location. About 40 km to Gothenburg and Liseberg and 20 km to Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet.

2 km to the bus stop, grocery store, and pizzeria. 2-5 km to the sea and swimming areas with both sandy beaches and cliffs. Several swimming spots in the surrounding area.

Parking is available for several cars.
