Welcome to Värmland, one of Sweden's most beautiful regions. Our house, Neranga, is located in the municipality of Årjäng, right on the shores of Lake Bysjön. Imagine waking up in the morning, gazing at the green treetops, listening to birdsong, and enjoying your first coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake. Observe birds, beavers, and with a bit of luck, even deer and moose in the garden. A wonderful place to feel at home and relax. From every window, you have a direct view of nature. Enjoy breakfast in the garden overlooking the water, and take walks or canoe trips directly from the front door. You are also welcome to rent our motorboat. Picture-perfect, snow-sure winters await. Lake Bysjön is right on your doorstep. Here you can enjoy excellent fishing, swimming, or spending a few pleasant hours on the water with a SUP or canoe. The house has a private swimming area with a boat dock just a short walk away.

House:

The completely renovated and modern house Neränga offers a well-designed 60 square meters of living space. All rooms are on one level. Access to the house is via a small external staircase. You enter the foyer directly from the covered terrace, where you'll find a wardrobe with seating for comfortable dressing and undressing. From the foyer, you enter the open-plan living area with a comfortable seating area, a TV with German channels, and a fireplace for cooler days. The open-plan kitchen, with ample space for cooking, is directly adjacent to the living area. It features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator. A separate freezer is available in the utility room if needed. House Neränga comfortably accommodates four people. A dining area is located on the covered terrace or in the glasshouse in the private garden, where you can enjoy long summer evenings protected from mosquitoes and with atmospheric lighting. Two separate bedrooms are accessible from the living area. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and the second bedroom has a 1.60 m wide double bed. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. A woodshed is located next to the house and is always stocked with plenty of firewood, which is available to you free of charge.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Pets are welcome upon request. On-site support is available (German, English, Swedish).

The 2550 m² property consists of a large, unfenced lawn with free parking at the house and a greenhouse. Our property invites you to relax and unwind.

Every season is beautiful here. From a breathtaking spring and the beautiful summers with their endless days, to the colorful autumn when mushroom hunters are in their element, and the wonderful winter months when the Northern Lights can be seen. Neranga House is winterized and can be occupied year-round.

Surroundings/Activities:
A small supermarket (ICA Sillerud) and a gas station are located nearby (10 minutes by car). Wiksfors Bruk, a farm with its own bakery and farm shop, is about 20 minutes away. The pastries are definitely worth a visit. The nearest larger town (20 minutes by car) is Årjäng. Besides two large supermarkets, it also offers small shops, cafes, and restaurants. Årjäng also has a harness racing track (), a new swimming pool (Årjängs Simhall), and a ski slope (). Dentists and a medical center are also located there. The town of Töcksfors, with a large shopping center, is 15 minutes from Årjäng. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Årjäng Golf Club ().
