Welcome to rent my cozy house on southern Öland! Peaceful location with a beautiful west-facing view over the Kalmar Sund.

6 beds + 2 extra beds in a sofa bed; one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, one bedroom and a loft with four single beds and a sofa bed.

Open-plan living area with a dining space, TV corner, and social area. Modern kitchen and bathroom with shower. Laundry room and bathtub are located in a separate building on the property. 88 sqm mainly on the ground floor, plus a loft and one of the bedrooms upstairs with a sloped ceiling.
Patio and pergola with a dining table and chairs that can be placed depending on wind and sun conditions. Large garden with space for children to play, including a sandbox, and spacious grassy areas.

3 km to the center of Mörbylånga, where you’ll find a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants/cafés, etc. Swimming spots with piers and several playgrounds are also available in the village.

* A tiled stove is available but may only be used during the winter season.
* A high chair for children (IKEA, with tray) is available.
* Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Chromecast are included.
* Bed linen and towels are not included.
* The house is cleaned before arrival, but guests are responsible for leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival.
