Spacious cabin in elevated sunny position

Welcome to a spacious and well-equipped mountain cabin in beautiful Hållan. Here you live comfortably with nature around the corner and close to both skiing and mountain experiences all year round.

The cabin offers a 10+1 beds and a generous total rented area of ​​over 230 square meters, which makes it excellent for larger families or groups that want to socialize without being crowded.
The entrance floor welcomes you with a hall and a large cloakroom equipped with dryers for both ski boots and gloves, perfect after long days outdoors. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and shower as well as a separate toilet. A larger bedroom/living room serves as a flexible area for both rest and activity, with a sofa, TV, Nintendo Wii and ping pong table.
On the upper floor, a very spacious living room opens up with high ceilings and a warming stove. There is a TV with Apple TV and PS4, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 10 people. From the living room you can also reach a sunny terrace facing southwest. On the same floor there are three bedrooms and a relax with sauna, shower, toilet and access to a snow bath.
The loft floor offers another living room with desk and a separate bedroom.

The sleeping accommodations are distributed as follows:

There is outdoor parking for four cars.

The location is excellent for mountain enthusiasts. Cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails run right behind the cottage. Also close to snowmobile rentals and the ski bus. Distance to Funäsdalen is about 6km and to Tänndalen about 10km.
