Unique summer cottage in the Gryt archipelago

Summer cottage facing south with a lakeside plot in the middle of the fantastic archipelago of Gryt. Own large jetty, sandy beach, sauna available. The large house of about 100 m2 contains a large complete kitchen with large dining table, living room, toilet, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and two bedrooms, one with a fantastic view of the sea. Both rooms have a double bed. Guest house of about 25 m2 with two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed. Large terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge corner. On the jetty there is another barbecue area with dining area for large groups. The house is secluded with no neighbors directly in front. There is room for one large or two families at the same time. Fångö is a large island where you can walk in the forest, over meadows and cliffs to remote swimming spots. Fauna and wildlife are rich and the views are fantastic. Fångö is easily reached by the Archipelago Boat from Fyrudden and the stop is 100 meters from the property. Other options are of course your own boat that can dock at the pier or an agreement with the owner about transport to the island. However, the island does not have its own shop so you have to bring your own fuel if you cannot get to Fyrudden where the nearest shop is.
