De Stugknuten S-markering betekent dat uw verhuurder zijn best heeft gedaan om de gang van zaken zo veilig mogelijk te maken. U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

Welcome to Villa Ragunda, where deer and moose roam the garden in winter and birdsong can be heard from the bedroom window in spring and summer. A beautiful holiday home with a fantastic location on the outskirts of Hammarstrand, where you can relax on a bench in the sun and experience the peace and quiet of nature. In winter, the ski slope with lift is just five minutes away for wonderful skiing.

This cozy 60 m² holiday home is located in a rural setting and can accommodate 4-6 people. It is available for rent all year round.
The house consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for two people. The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all amenities, including a combined microwave, fan, induction hob with 4 burners, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pots, crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning and a wood stove. Wi-Fi is available. There is a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a shower and sink.

You have a private parking space and a spacious garden with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the mountain with the letters "Hammarstrand". Barbecue facilities are also available.

We charge a price of 750 SEK per night. The price excludes the bed linen and towel package, which can be rented for a small fee of 175 SEK per person per stay. Final cleaning is to be done by the guest; should you prefer not to, you can have us do it for a fee of 400 SEK. Firewood can be purchased for a small fee. For long-term stays (longer than a month) we are happy to discuss and agree on a monthly price. If bed linen is not used, a charge of SEK 550.00 per bed will be applied.
