Margaretha has a bright open-plan living area surrounded by water and beautiful scenary. You are welcome to unwind on the spacious rooftop terrace as the sun sets. Margaretha offers you an amazing wood-fired sauna with the possibility of diving straight into the sea right from the doorstep — it is the perfect blend of serenity and adventure.

Margaretha is located in Lyckorna next to two incredible restaurants, Lyckorna Brygga and Musselbaren, and Sweden's smallest distillery, Klocktornet Destilleri. These businesses offer a variaty of experiences worth trying (visit their websites for more info and seasonal availability). Ljungskile centrum is only 5 minutes away, where you can find more restaurants, stores and two supermarkets.

We offer an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area featuring large windows for panoramic sea views and natural light.

There is heating in all living areas for year-round comfort.

Outside, in the front deck, there is a wood-fired sauna, offering both relaxation and direct access for a swim directly from the deck.

Spacious rooftop terrace with dinning and lounge furniture, and amazing 360° view of the area.

Bedroom with 4 single beds. Additional sleeping space in the livingroom in soffabed (double).

Margaretha has an indoor toilet and a hot-water outdoor shower with privacy screens. Guests have access to the service house in the marina, with an additional toilet, hot-water indoor shower and washing machine. The outdoor shower in Margaretha is not available during the winter time (normally Oct-Mar). During this period, guests must use the service house for showering. Margaretha is parked near the service house in the winter season.
