Welcome to rent our modern and cozy apartment in Åre View. A 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms + living room) with a corner balcony offering stunning views of Renfjället and up towards Åreskutan (one section of the balcony is glass-enclosed). Fantastic location with ski-boot distance to the VM8 lift – a central hub in Åre’s lift system both summer and winter. The VM8 offers morning and evening skiing, and when snow conditions are good, you can ski all the way back after a day on the slopes. Walking distance to Åre Village with its wide selection of restaurants, après-ski, shopping, and grocery stores.

The apartment, built in 2022, features two bedrooms with a total of four beds (one double bed and one bunk bed), a spacious bathroom with sauna, and a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a 55-inch HDTV.

The rental includes a garage parking space, which is a great bonus as parking can be difficult during peak season in Åre. All parking is paid, and during winter you also avoid having to scrape ice and snow off your car windows :)

We rent out the apartment on a weekly basis with Sundays as changeover day (check-in at 4:00 PM / check-out at 10:00 AM), as well as shorter stays (not available during peak holiday weeks such as Christmas/New Year, school holidays, etc.). Please feel free to contact us with an inquiry.

Final cleaning is included in the rental, and we will arrange the cleaning for you.

• Pet-free and non-smoking apartment (not allergy certified)
• Parties/events are NOT allowed
• Minimum age requirement: 25 years
• Guests bring their own bed linen & towels or can book through us (extra fee)
• Skis/bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment or in the stairwell outside the apartment
• Ski storage is available outside the apartment, and ski locks with keys (2 pcs) are provided inside
• Access to a large and modern waxing room (separate building at the entrance)

Garage parking and final cleaning are included.

During high season, rentals are weekly only (Sunday–Sunday).
During low and mid season, shorter stays are available:
• Midweek (Sunday–Thursday)
• Weekend (Thursday–Sunday)

During low season, arrival and departure days may be flexible when possible—please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Det här boendet var fantastiskt. Vi saknade inget under vår sportlovsvecka. Lägenheten var välstädad och hade allt vi behövde med sköna sängar, tyst och lugnt läge, välutrustat kök, bra uppkoppling och mysig bastu. Toppen med garageplatser också och möjlighet att parkera en stund utanför porten för att lasta i och ur. Ägarna hade lämnat spel som vi kunde låna och de var alltid hjälpsamma om vi hade frågor. Det är nära till liften VM 8:an dit vi tog oss på skidor. Övriga backar gick snabbt att nå med bil. Det är också nära till mataffärerna och restauranger i Åre by. Skulle verkligen rekommendera det här boendet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
