Directly by the sea - private quay

At the very seaside you live with your own private quay. The sea is two meters from your door. There you can swim or moor your boat. Boat mooring and car parking are included. The quay has a sunny south-facing location. There you can lie and sunbathe, eat your meals, swim or just lie and watch boats passing by. There are often fish under the quay and the children loves fishing crabs.
Your patio is partly under roof. You can use it even if the weather gets worse. If, against all odds, it gets really cold, you have a fire to cozy up by. The house is located at the far end on a cape so at night it is quiet and there is nothing disturbing other than a passing boat.
Hovenäset is a small community of boatmen. It is nice to walk here. There is a swimming area with a sandy beach in the community. It is also close to Smögen's large selection of restaurants and shops.
