Unique archipelago house of 170 sqm with a high standard on a fantastic south-facing lake plot on the mainland on Värmdö in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago. A very charming seaside resort with 4 double/twin rooms, three bathrooms with shower and WC, large modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room, salon, TV room and laundry room. There is a lake view from all rooms. The house, "Elfsala Gästgård" of 170 sqm, originally from 1760, has been renovated to a very high villa standard with, among other things, a new kitchen, several showers/WCn, broadband fiber, parquet floor and central heating, etc. The house is maintained and updated all the time. Only 35 minutes by car from Stockholm and 30 minutes to the outer archipelago and the sailing port Sandhamn. The house with a manor's U-shape is located on a flat grassy lake plot 15 meters from the lake facing south with a large jetty next to it there is a sandy beach and a bathing cliff. There are plenty of excursion destinations both on land and at sea. In the area there is a tennis court and a child-friendly swimming pool with diving tower. Several golf courses and a large boat marina with a restaurant and boat service are close by. Sauna is available for rent. Distance: Bullandö Marina, shop, restaurant, ship shop, boat rental etc. 3 km (1 NM, distance minute, sea by boat), Golf courses 3, 4 – 6 km (2 NM), Sandhamn / outer archipelago about 10NM, larger shopping centre is Mölnvik about 13 km. Stavsnäs archipelago harbour 14 km (2 NM). Sea restaurant/grill/bar 3 km, (approx. 1 NM), Catering is also available. Rowing boat with outboard motor is included. We have WiFi, wireless broadband and electric chargers for electric cars.

The house "Elfsala Gästgård" is not a private residence, it´s only intended for our tenants. It is beautiful and cozy decorated like a real home.

The property is featured in the TV series "Solsidan" season 1 of "Midsommarfesten" from 2010, which was broadcast on Channel 4 and is available on TV4 Play and Kanal 12.
