Welcome to our lovingly renovated house right by the lake!
Set in a peaceful, natural setting with a large outdoor area and a private sauna, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the view, jump into the lake, or relax in the evening sun — ideal for couples, families, and anyone looking for calm and true rest.
Shops are about 15 minutes away, and the sea can be reached in around 30 minutes. A place to fall in love with in every season.

The accommodation

The main house offers plenty of space and comfort for families, couples, or small groups.

On the ground floor you’ll find:

A bathroom with shower

Washing machine & dryer

One bedroom with a double bed

A fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area

Direct access to the terrace from the kitchen

Upstairs you’ll find:

Two bedrooms

One with two beds (each 140 cm wide)

One with a large double bed

A small office/work corner with a wonderful lake view

An additional bedroom is located in a separate annex.
It includes a double bed and a single bed (120 cm wide).

In another outbuilding, you’ll have access to a small gym with various training options as well as a workshop.

Our sauna house, idyllically located near the lake, offers relaxing lake views and a small quiet/rest area. You’ll also find life jackets and water toys here.

A small motorboat and an Optimist (children’s sailing boat) are also available — for unforgettable hours out on the water.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all annexes/outbuildings, without restrictions.

Other things to note

Orrsjön 790 is surrounded by beautiful nature in the Gnarp area — a true hidden gem for anyone seeking peace, fresh air, and outdoor experiences. In summer, the nearby Lake Orrsjön is perfect for swimming, boating, or fishing. In winter, the landscape turns into a quiet wonderland — ideal for walks, snowshoeing, or skating when the lake freezes.

The area offers many hiking and cycling routes as well as peaceful forest trails — perfect for relaxation or small family adventures.

Just a few kilometres away you’ll reach the coastline of the Gulf of Bothnia, where you can explore small beaches, nature reserves, and the characteristic archipelago scenery.

In Gnarp you’ll find the essentials for daily needs: grocery stores, a pizzeria, and a petrol station. Larger towns such as Hudiksvall or Sundsvall are easily reached by car and offer more day trips, shopping, culture, and restaurants.
