Located below Åre Sadeln in Åre Björnen. 5 minutes to Åre Björnen's child-friendly ski area and Åre's finest cross-country trails, restaurants and Ica To Go. 3 minutes to the nearest lift (Björnenliften) and from the slope you can ski across the meadow all the way to the cottage door. 5 minutes to Åre village, Ica, Coop, shops, restaurants, adventure pool, bowling, Jumpyard, bike rental, canoe, SUP, boat, hiking trails
and ski slopes.

Easy check-in via key safe, so check-in can take place whenever it suits you after 3:00 PM.

Sleeping loft with mattress 140 cm (maximum ceiling height 85 cm)

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave oven, dishwashing detergent, some spices, mustard, ketchup, coffee, tea as well as a coffee maker and kettle.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine/dryer and a movable drying rack. Shampoo, conditioner and soap. Toilet paper, hairdryer, detergent and basic first aid kit.

Bed linen and towels are included and the beds are made upon arrival.

Cleaning upon departure is the guest's responsibility or they can purchase a cleaning service for 1000 SEK.
