Cottage with views of Kalmar and the sea in Eriksö

Are you looking for peace and quiet in Öland's World Heritage Site and just a stone's throw from the large Alvaret, in the picturesque village of Eriksöre and close to swimming. The cottage is ideal for those traveling alone or with your partner/family.
Newly renovated cottage (2020) with fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, oven/microwave and fridge/freezer etc. Tiled bathroom with wall-hung toilet seat, shower and washing machine/dryer. Toilet and sink are also available in the small guest cottage. The house has two bedrooms and a living room/TV room adjacent to the kitchen. A double bed (160cm) and sofa bed. In the small guest cottage there are two bunk beds.
Patio with barbecue, outdoor furniture in all directions, sun loungers. Large balcony/terrace that extends around the entire cottage. There is the opportunity to enjoy a moment of rest in all directions.
Open fireplace, sauna and Air/air heat pump/AC for extra comfort.
TV and broadband via Telia are included and WIFI is available throughout the house.
Suitable accommodation for excursions to both southern and northern Öland but also close to Kalmar. Also possible for day trips to the "Kingdom of Glass" in southern/eastern Småland. Southern Öland's World Heritage offers exciting hiking and cycling routes, guided tours, Linn'e station with a large program of nature experiences is only a few km away. Or experience a holiday completely without a car (bikes can be rented) with everything that is right outside the door. The beach is a bike/walk away (about two km) at Eriksöre camping.
Cleaning of the cottage is carried out by the tenant, cleaning supplies are provided. Pillows and duvets are provided, bring your own bed linen (bed linen and towels). Can also be rented if desired, bed linen 150 SEK/piece and final cleaning 1500 SEK.
The cottage is smoke and fur animal free indoors.
Only rented weekly with changeover on Sundays, check-in no earlier than 3 pm and check-out no later than 11 am.
