The old steamboat jetty and a walk among the historic merchant villas (about 15 min)
Boule court, football field, and swings at Ällmora Meadow (about 25 min)

Your Basecamp at Kapellbacken:
At the end of the quiet street, you’ll find parking for your car, where you’re greeted by a beautiful view and a lawn perfect for children or a dog to play on. Our red cottage welcomes you with an entrance hall offering space for outerwear and shoes. Straight ahead is a small but newly renovated bathroom with washbasin, shower, incineration toilet, and washer/dryer.
From the hall, you enter a spacious country‑style kitchen with a large, easy‑to‑use open fireplace, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and standard kitchen equipment. Plenty of storage and counter space, plus a dining table for four by the windows with a lovely view.
From the kitchen, you reach the living room with windows facing the sea and views over the treetops. It includes a three‑seat sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, TV, a small desk, and space for an extra bed.
The kitchen also leads to the bedroom, which has two single beds (2×90 cm). An extra bed or baby cot can be arranged upon request. Several wardrobes provide generous storage space.
The house (“Storstugan”) sits on your own private plot, with an elevated terrace equipped with a grill and outdoor furniture — not a small backyard cottage on someone else’s shared property. On the plot, you also have a guest house (“Lillstugan”) with an additional bedroom, ideal for teenagers or visiting guests, as well as a charming traditional storage cabin (“Timmerstugan”).
