Two newly renovated cottages are available for rent in Orrnäs/Ödeshög, near Vättern, Omberg, Vadstena and Gränna. The houses are located in the middle of a pasture with 800 meter walk to lake Vättern. This is a quiet and private place where you can relax with loved ones.

The Cottage "Torpet":
A quaint retreat featuring 4 beds, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all the essentials. This two-story abode boasts a downstairs living room with a traditional tiled stove, kitchen, and entry hall. Ascend the stairs to discover two freshly renovated bedrooms. Enjoy the expansive porch overlooking meadows.

The cottage is divided into an entrance, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor. The living room exudes charm with a fully functional fireplace, a TV, and a generous sofa. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation in 2018 and is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Access the lovely second floor via a steep staircase, where two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds await. The house is an older cottage from the 20th century with low ceiling height on the ground floor but open to the ridge on the upper floor.

The Barn - "ladan":
A recently constructed 34 sqm architectural gem featuring a bedroom with two beds, a loft with two additional beds, and an open, airy space with a kitchen (two hotplates, oven, and dishwasher) and a bathroom with WC, shower, and washing machine. The loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep ladder up and low railing. A large veranda.

Enjoy a lush, large, and private garden, with a playhouse for the little ones. The Lake Vättern are just a 5-minute walk away with the possibility of swimming from cliffs (not suitable for young children).

In the vicinity, indulge in numerous fantastic bathing spots, fishing, golfing, and explore attractions like Vadstena, Gränna, Naturum Tåkern, and a plethora of excellent flea markets.
