Guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linens and towels, as well as for cleaning the apartment upon departure. The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.

The apartment accommodates six people across three bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• Two bedrooms with bunk beds

Tegefjäll is part of the connected ski area Duved/Tegefjäll and is located about 5 km west of Åre village.
Tegeliften is just a few hundred meters from the apartment (approximately a 3-minute walk) and takes you directly up the mountain during winter.

A free ski bus (included in the lift pass) departs from Tegetornet, just below the lift, and provides easy access to the rest of the Åre ski area.
