This 118 sqm house offers a bright and spacious open-plan living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, and large glass doors that blur the line between indoors and out. The garden offers a glimpse of the sea and the entire house is finished to a high standard.

The main living space is an L-shaped open-plan area with a generous kitchen including an island, a living room area, and high ceilings throughout.

Double patio doors in multiple directions create a seamless indoor/outdoor feeling – whether it’s sunny or rainy. The master bedroom has an en-suite WC, there’s a second bedroom with a bunk bed for two, and a guest room with a high-quality sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two – perfect for a couple or children.

The main bathroom is a joy: underfloor heating, a spacious shower, a large mirror, WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating is also available in the hallway and shower, and a modern heat pump ensures warm winters and cool summers.

The fireplace includes a built-in heat cassette for added comfort during colder months. A large wooden deck wraps around three sides of the house, with a lovely lawn in front and views down towards the water and over a beautiful open horse pasture.

Runmarö is easy to reach – for example, by bus and Waxholmsbolaget ferry – yet it’s close to the outer archipelago islands and islets. A scenic, peaceful environment with wildlife and flower-dotted meadows.

Our practical and relaxing house is located in the Södersunda area, very close to a public beach and within walking distance to the popular restaurant Svängen, the local Tempo store with Systembolaget and postal services, and Låttas bakery for fresh morning bread.

From Stavsnäs, the Waxholmsbåt takes just five minutes to Runmarö. Despite the laid-back island feel, the island offers many conveniences:
