The holiday home is beautifully situated about 70 m from Lake Varpen, which is part of the Ljusnan River, 10 km outside Bollnäs. Balcony and extra terrace in a sunny south-facing position. 10 km to ica shop.

Sauna with large glass window facing the lake. Friggebod is available with 2 beds, can be included if desired. Plastic stove is available by the lake and included. Possibility to charge electric car at the plot's parking lot, electric charging costs extra according to tariff.
During the spring of 2026, improvements have been made to the plot, with two extended terraces, and tiles on the path to the cottage.
