Fresh cottage for rent in popular Djupvik. Walking distance to the daily dip in the nice bay with a bathing jetty, swimming school, yoga and the restaurant Elise. The house (52 m2) and the guest cottage (9m2) have undergone extensive renovation and have become a pleasant place for both summer and winter living. The house is located in a secluded area surrounded by pastures and trees. The house includes 3.6 hectares of land. Here you are one with nature. The road outside has little traffic because it is not the road that is signposted to Djupvik.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor dryer. Terraces facing south and west with furniture and a grill. Guest cottage with private bathroom.
Municipal water supply, Wifi, TV with chromecast, charging box for electric cars, underfloor heating/AC, digital door lock. You will receive the code the morning before you arrive.
Djupvik is a popular summer village with a well-visited pebble beach and boathouses made of Öland limestone. A bit out into the water there is sand.
A narrow road runs along the sea, both north and south. Perfect for cycling or hiking. Along the sea you will find nice spots for sunbathing and swimming. 7 km north is Sandvik. Here you can find a nice sandy beach, ICA store, guest harbor, restaurants and fish shop. If you drive south you will come to Bruddesta fishing village and Äleklinta village. There are 2 old bicycles in the cottage (one for men, one for women). You can rent better bicycles just outside Sandvik. The house is close to golf, mini golf, go-carts, etc. Good bakery and pizzeria in Södvik.

Bring sheets and towels. Leave th house cleaned. Cleaning equipment is available. We check the cleaning after each guest.

Our dog stays in the house sometimes but we do not accept guests with dogs. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent the cottage.
For rent 6 nights: Arrival Monday 15:00, departure Sunday 20:00. It is of course possible to book several weeks.
