Guest Access
The guest cottage and storage in the carport are not accessible.
The storage room on the upper floor is not accessible.
The exit/exterior door in the laundry room is locked and cannot be used.

House Rules
The Wi-Fi password can be found on a note in the laundry room.
The TV is equipped with apps such as Netflix, Viaplay, and more — please use your own login credentials.

Waste Sorting
Food waste must be placed in the brown paper bags provided.
All other general waste should be placed in regular plastic bags and thrown in the second bin.
We kindly ask that recyclable materials such as plastic, cardboard, and glass be sorted and taken to one of the local recycling stations around Örnsköldsvik (there are several along the road into town).

Before Checkout
Please gather all used bed linens and towels and place them on the floor in the laundry room.
The fridge, freezer, and pantry must be emptied and cleaned of any food residues.
Kitchen and dining areas, including the dining table, should be wiped clean.
All dishes must be cleaned, either in the dishwasher or by hand, before departure.
Bathrooms (toilet, sink, and shower) should be left reasonably clean — free from dirt, hair, etc.
The house must be left tidy and reasonably cleaned. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
