Modern Ski Apartment Near the Slopes – Lindvallen

Newly built and cozily furnished apartment just 2 minutes’ walk from the new Söderåsen Express chairlift.
(Technically ski-in/ski-out, though you do need to cross a gravel road.)

The apartment is 77 m² and spread over two floors. Sleeps 8+2 (The apartment is designed for 8 people, but there’s an additional sofa bed that can sleep 2 more — note that this may feel a bit crowded.)

Lower floor:
Hallway with drying cabinet and professional ski boot dryer, two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. Also includes coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer.
Large dining table with seating for 8 and a cozy wood-burning stove.

Bathroom 1: WC and shower.
Bathroom 2: WC, shower, sauna, and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds (80+80 cm and 120+80 cm).
Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm).

Upper floor (loft):
Living area and one bedroom. The loft has a large sofa and TV, making it a perfect retreat for watching movies or playing games without disturbing others.
There's also a desk for those needing to work during their stay.
Bedroom 3: Double bed (180 cm).
Loft area: Sofa bed (140 cm).
Note: The loft is not suitable for small children without supervision due to the steep staircase.

Two parking spaces and ski storage are available directly next to the apartment.

Fast and stable Wi-Fi via fiber network (100/100 Mbps).

Two TVs with Chromecast/Airplay and access to Telia's TV channels.

Bed linen and towels are not included – please bring your own.

Cleaning is included in the rental price. Guests are kindly asked to follow simple instructions for waste and dishes.

SkiStar's ski bus stops right by the Söderåsen Express lift, just outside the apartment.
Only 500 meters away you'll find Experium – a leisure complex with restaurants, shops, adventure pool, spa, bowling, and gym.
Also close to illuminated cross-country ski trails and MTB tracks.

Rentals are primarily Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday, but feel free to inquire about alternative arrangements or longer stays.

EV charging is available via the apartment’s own charger using Parkster. Simply scan the QR code and start charging.
