Charming, spacious villa in the rustic village of Öje by Lake Öjesjön in a beautiful setting.

On the ground floor is the large cozy kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can eat with 6 people.
There is an electric stove with hotplates for cooking, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, etc. The fridge also includes a freezer compartment with 3 drawers.
In the kitchen you can watch TV and there is wifi with a strong connection.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with 4 beds and a sofa bed in each room, which can accommodate an extra guest. The completely renovated bathroom has a spacious shower corner, a modern washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine that can be used by guests. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

You can sit in the garden. There are 2 dining areas in the garden and sun loungers for relaxing. There is parking for 2 cars on site.

The house is located on the west side of the village, 500 meters from the lake, with a bathing jetty. You can rowing by boat or canoe and fish on the lake.

From the village there are many hiking opportunities, for example to the nature reserve Öjsberget, Vålberget and the beautiful Lybergsgnupen. The views from these mountains is amazing! The area can also be explored by bike. The Öjesjachtclub has a modern shooting range that can be used. Ask your host about all the possibilities.

In the winter months, guests can go ice skating on the beautifully lit natural ice rink.
There are called Spark sleds, which gives a lot of fun on the ice.
It is possible to go cross-country skiing from the village.
A 45-minute drive will take you to the ski slopes in Mora, Sälen or Kläppen.
It is also possible to go on tours with sled dogs and snowmobiles.

On the east side of the village is the Galleri Öje and there is a flea market. Every year, many cultural activities are organized in the region.

Malung is located 18 km from Öje (E45), 20 minutes by car, where all amenities are located. Shops, libraries, various restaurants and a medical centre. In Maling is a great new swimmingpool.
