Öland: Arontorpet - newly renovated guest cottage

When we are not visiting Öland, we rent out our cozy and newly renovated guest cottage from the early 1900s in the village of Arontorp.

Perfect location near the Öland Bridge for excursions in all directions if you wish. Close to Färjestaden with many shops, a large ICA, a lovely harbor with restaurants, swimming, mini golf, and other fun activities. Well-stocked ICA store and popular restaurant within walking distance (approx. 1 km).

30 well-planned square meters with a large spacious kitchen, living room, small bedroom, and bathroom. From the living room, you reach the loft with an additional approx. 10 sqm. A total of 4 beds + sofa bed (140 cm). Ladder up to the loft with two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Comfortable sofa bed with extra mattress in the living room with curtains around it, making it private and cozy even if there are several people. Bunk bed (2 x 80 cm) in a small separate room.

Amenities such as WC, shower, kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, small dishwasher, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on both floors. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Heat pump / AC for extra comfort.

Cozy paved patio and small terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Private driveway for the car. The back of the larger house is private and not included even though we will not be on site.

Bring your own bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Final cleaning is done by the tenant upon departure, cleaning supplies are available in the house.

1000 SEK per night. Shorter rental periods than 2 nights are not accepted. Possibility of discount when booking more than 7 nights.

Arrival no earlier than 14:00 Departure no later than 12:00.

No pets allowed. Total smoking ban indoors. The wood stove cannot be used as it has a fire ban. Charging of electric cars is not possible/allowed.
