Nearby you’ll find the island’s well-known Öbergska café, restaurant, and kiosk, creating a lively and cozy local atmosphere.
Right outside your door, the island’s vibrant summer events await—Midsummer celebrations, concerts, and local gatherings on the nearby lawn—all visible from your own spacious balcony. A playground and tennis courts are only 100 meters away, perfect for both children and adults.

Note: One of the bedrooms is a children's room with two full-size beds, but with a low ceiling. The laundry room is shared with a permanent tenant in another apartment. The garden is also shared with another tenant.
