Attractive seaside house with a beach and a large lawn. The distance to the sea is no more than 50-100 meters from the house. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed. On the lower floor, there are two small bedrooms, each with space for two people. There is also a moderately sized livingroom, kitchen, and a glass enclosed sunroom. On the property, there is also a small red guesthouse with additional sleeping accommodations.
Umeå is the nearest central town, with access to shopping centers about 20 minutes away by car. A university hospital is also located in the city.
