The living areas are open and bright with two dining areas, a cozy lounge with fireplace, TV with Chromecast, and a selection of games and books. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub, and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

Outdoors, you'll find two terraces – one sheltered with parasol and wooden chairs, and one newly built deck with a grill, lounge furniture, and views over the fields. There are three parking spaces on the property. The house is well-insulated for year-round use and features a heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Special care has been taken for your four-legged companions: dogs are warmly welcome at no extra cost. A soft dog bed, food and water bowls, and even a little goodie bag await them.
