Cottage at Svalnäs beach

Modern (built in 2018) winterized "cottage" with municipal water and most amenities. The quality of the buildings ensures a temperate and healthy indoor climate.

The main house has underfloor heating and if needed it can also be heated with a fire in the stove that is located in the spacious living room. The living room has a window façade that allows you to enjoy the view even if it should be a rainy day.

In the minor house two separate bedrooms have some independence from the rest of the accommodation with its own toilet.

A wind-protected patio, several garden furniture and lounge chairs are offered.

The cottage has a lakeside plot that borders a municipal bathing area with shallow water, and thus, a child-friendly sandy beach.

The opportunity is given to hike out on Hinden's reef when you have tired of the sandy beach. Furthermore, you can visit other interesting places in the area such as. Läckö Castle and Spiken's fishing village.

The owner seeks well-behaved and responsible groups and reserves the right of access on his own terms. Please write if you have previous experience of private short-term rental.

Cleaning services are not provided and the tenant must leave the buildings in a tidy condition after use.

Bed linen, towels, consumables are not included.

Rental is only possible on a full week basis starting and ending on a Saturday.

10% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The remaining to be paid 30 days before arrival. A deposit of SEK 3000 is paid no later than on arrival at the cottage and is refunded when the host, or a new tenant, has inspected and approved the condition.

Check-out is before 11:00, and check-in 15:00, unless otherwise agreed.
