Close to Timmernabben which is located by the sea and the popular fish restaurant Nabbens Rökeri, next door to Pataholm and its summer café and art exhibitions. The property is located along the "Mönsterås coastal road" which is a tourist-marked and worthwhile stretch along the beautiful Kalmar Sound.
