Lovely pool house near Sandvik Öland

Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a carbonator, blender, etc. Outdoors there is a large garden with a patio under shady trees and a large hammock to relax in. The 26m2 pool is raised about 90cm and accessed via a side staircase. There is also a pool roof for extra safety and cleanliness.
The pool is equipped with salt water and automatic water parameters that are controlled and managed by the property owner. The pool is heated to about 25-30 degrees from mid-May to the end of September. Adjacent to the pool there is a larger patio under a pergola with a sun sail. Here you have full view of the pool area and can enjoy and relax. Here it is sunny from morning to evening and a lovely place to spend warm days. A newly built outdoor kitchen with gas stoves and refrigerator as well as a sink with cold water and large surfaces to prepare food. There is also a substantial wood-fired pizza oven with a 90x90 cm surface to bake pizzas on and a charcoal grill. A wood-fired sauna cabin is available for use, please indicate your interest when booking.
The house is located about 1.5 km from Sandvik where there are several restaurants, the Badstrand ice cream café with a beach kiosk and a cozy boat harbor. An Ica store and gas station are open all year round and a Pizzeria is also available.
From here you have easy access to both Borgholm and Böda's white sandy beaches and attractions such as the troll forest, Neptuni meadows, Borgholm Castle and Byxelkrok with the Långe Erik lighthouse. The Lådbilslandet in Löttorp and several go-kart tracks are also nearby.
Bicycles can be rented at the Haga guesthouse about 300 meters away.
The laundry room is shared with two other houses as well as the garbage can which is located down by the road along house 10A

Cleaning is done by the tenant, but can be purchased for 2500:-

There is a Zaptec charging box that is accessed via ID tag and consumption is charged separately at 4:-/kwh

This is a quiet area so please respect this by not playing loud music or otherwise disturbing the surroundings.
