Lakeside, rural house, perfect for the large family that wants to gather and socialize or for the group of friends who want to live undisturbed and have plenty of space for socializing with self-catering.
The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room.
Downstairs there is a double bed 2x80cm and a bunk bed 2x90cm.
Upstairs there are two spacious rooms with 2 90 cm single beds in each room.
There is room for 2-3 baby/travel beds, we do not have one in the house but you can bring it.
The kitchen was renovated in 2025 and has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Well equipped with crockery and utensils.
Refrigerator with freezer.
The house has an open plan with a dining area for 8 people. IKEA high chair and Triptrap chair are available.
Sofa and armchairs as well as a TV and fireplace next to the dining area.
Small bathroom with shower downstairs, there is also a washing machine, drying rack and the possibility of drying laundry outdoors.
Small toilet on the second floor.
WiFi and TV with chromecast are available.
Around the house there is a large lawn for sunbathing, playing, games, etc. Kubb, Boules, croquet are available in the house. Outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill are available.
From the garden you have a lake view of the beautiful lake Södra Vixen. A cozy path about 200 m leads to the lake where an open area serves as a small swimming area. It is possible to borrow a rowing boat and life jackets. It is an excellent fishing lake, Fishing licenses can be purchased online or on site. Read more about fishing at
If you want to fish for crayfish in August, contact Paradis fishing camp which is right next to the lake.
Take the boat or walk to Hotel Ullinge which is also right next to the lake and has a nice restaurant with a magical view. Here you can also rent canoes or walk in the beautiful surroundings.
The area invites you to activities such as hiking, mushroom picking or mountain biking along the Höglandsleden trail, and at Lövhult's outdoor recreation area there is access to exercise trails and cross-country skiing in winter.

The house is located near road 128 so it is easy to get here from road 40 from Jönköping. Parking is available for 2-3 cars.
No pets have lived in the house since the exterior was renovated in 2025, so it is suitable for those of you who are allergic to fur. Pets are not allowed in the house.
Cleaning equipment is provided in the house and the house is left clean.
