Here you live in a charming house with two bedrooms with bunk beds and a sleeping loft with room for 3. There is a vertical ladder on the wall to the loft.
Here there is a glazed terrace of 25m2 and also a patio in the evening sun.
The laundry room is shared with two other cottages and is located in the side building. There is also the possibility to book a wood-fired sauna cabin. Please indicate your interest when inquiring, as the sauna is shared with 2 other cottages.
The cottage is located as the last house near forest and nature in a very quiet area with rich bird life. It is walking and cycling distance down to Sandvik where there are several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a beach kiosk and a beach below the cozy boat harbor.
There is also an Ica store and petrol/diesel pumps open all year round. From the cottage you can reach many of Öland's attractions such as Raukarna in Byrum, Trollskogen, Neptuniängar, Långe Erik, Bödabuktens lovely sandy beaches or Byxelkrok cozy shops and restaurants. It is also close to Borgholm and Solliden Castle, Borgholm Castle. There are plenty of activities in the area with several golf courses, paddle courts and go-kart tracks. You also have Lådbilslandet in Löttorp where there are also shops, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. There is also good trout fishing from Sandvik and all the way up around Byxelkrok and down to Bödabukten during spring and autumn. Good to know: Bicycles are available for rent at Pensionat Haga about 300 meters from the cottage. Pets are welcome. Final cleaning is optional: 1500:- per stay. Parking with space for two cars is available. Also has a Zaptec Go charging box that is unlocked with an ID tag. Charging 4 SEK/KW is done separately. Notify the landlord in advance. Heating and household electricity are included.
The garbage can is shared with 2 houses and garbage sorting applies.
This is a quiet area so please respect neighbors by not playing loud music or otherwise disturbing them.
Respect the maximum speed of 20km/h all the way to the house.

En del lite dåligt diskat och städat när vi kom annars helt ok. Bra ordnat med diskmedel, gladpack, handdukar mm.
