Lovely sea view over the fjord

Cottage in Dragsmark/Bokenäs on the West Coast with sea view!
Quietly located in a cottage area with no view. Swimming in the sea is about 50 m away after a short walk down the mountain. It is 150 meters to swimming at the jetty.
Walking distance to a sheltered child-friendly swimming bay with crab fishing.

It is close to cozy Skaftö with the fishing villages Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. Also close by car to Lysekil and Smögen.
The house is located on the mountain with a sea view towards Koljöfjorden at the entrance to the Nordströmmarna, Flatö and Malö.
During high season, the Rosa kiosk opens by the ferry over to Flatö, 15 minutes walk. Here you can buy ice cream, sweets and coffee. The nearest shop is 20 minutes by car.

In a separate shed of 10 m2 there is a bunk bed and a sink with cold water.

The terrace with outdoor furniture and lawn facing south. Access to barbecue.

We have a canoe (older model) that is easy to borrow. There is also the possibility of renting kayaks nearby.

No parties!
Well-behaved pets are welcome. Dog tracks might be found in the house.
The road to the cottage is not suitable for campers/caravans/heavier vehicles.
The cottage is not handicap accessible.
The terrain to get to the beach/sea is not handicap friendly (narrow paths and partly mountainous terrain).
In one of the bedrooms there is a freezer that could disturb a person sensitive to noise.

Self-catering and own hygiene items.
Sheets and towels are not included (can be rented upon request)
You clean up after yourself.
Check-in is at the earliest at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is at the latest at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
