Lovely sea view over the fjord

The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area in Dragsmark/Bokenäs on the west coast.
From the plot on the hill, you have a view of Koljöfjorden at the entrance to Nordströmmarna, Flatö and Malö. No overlooking.
The sea is just over 75 metres away after a short walk down the hill. It is about 150 metres to the bathing area at the jetty.
Walking distance to a sheltered, child-friendly bathing bay with crab fishing.

It is close to cosy Skaftö with the fishing villages of Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. Also close by car to Lysekil and Smögen.
During high season, the “Rosa kiosk” opens at the ferry to Flatö, a 15-minute walk away. Here you can buy ice cream, sweets and coffee, among other things.
At Dragsmarks varv there is a small restaurant, also open during high season.

The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away by car.

Bedroom 1: one bunk bed + one single bed (for space reasons, there is also a freezer here, which could disturb a noise-sensitive person)

In a separate 10 m2 shed, there is a bunk bed and a sink with cold water, no toilet.

Terrace with outdoor furniture and south-facing lawn. Access to barbecue.

We have an older model canoe that you are welcome to borrow. It is also possible to rent kayaks nearby.

The cottage is rented to a maximum of 6 people as it is not designed for more. For the same reason, we ask that you as a guest refrain from receiving additional guests during your stay. This applies to both overnight guests and visitors over the day.

No smoking and no parties.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

The road to the cottage is not suitable for campers/caravans/heavier vehicles. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

The cottage is not handicap accessible.
Please note that to get to the beach/swimming pool you need to be able to navigate narrow paths and partly mountainous terrain.

Self-catering and your own hygiene items.
Sheets and towels are not included (can be rented upon request).
We prefer that you clean the house before departure, i.e. leave it in the same condition as on arrival. For those who do not want to or can, a fee of 2000 SEK will be charged.
Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Bookings are weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.
