Nice log cabin with 2 covered balconies and a guest cabin on a leafy plot. Lovely lawn perfect for games and play. 350 m to the beach and fishing.

This nice cabin has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove with oven. Large living room with fireplace, air heat pump, reading chair, sofa group, TV, and dining table with space for 8 people.

In a storage cabin there are games, one men's and two women's bicycles to borrow and an extra fridge/freezer.

From the cabin it is about 350 meters down to the water. There is a sandy beach and a swimming pontoon with a diving tower. 150 meters away there is also a nice rocky beach and another 150 meters there is a marina. Here it is also possible to rent a boat.

At Åsättra Brygga 1.5 km from the house there is an ice cream kiosk and from here Waxholmsbolaget's regular boats depart, including to Nässlingen, Husarö and Möja. This is also where the SL bus station is.

It is 5 km to Ljusterö Torg, where there is a restaurant, grocery store, and posibility to ordeer articels from Apoteket (pharmacy), and Systembolaget (liquor store).
Linanäs is 15 km away and there are two restaurants, a guest harbour and a grocery store, and the steamboat S/S Storskär docks here on weekday evenings, as well as other Waxholm boats.
On beautiful Ljusterö there is a lot of nature, rural environments, golf course, museums, art and crafts, farm shops, seaside taverns, etc.

Wonderful day trips can be made to other archipelago islands, cozy Vaxholm, or to Norrtälje, which is a wonderful summer town. Wira bruk is also a nice excursion destination that you can reach by car near the ferry terminal on the mainland.

You can go to the house by car or bus. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 5-6 minutes. The ferry terminal is about 8 km from the cottage, about 15 minutes by car.

Stockholm is about 60 km away (about an hour's distance from the cottage by car ferry + car).
