Nice cottage with a glimpse of the sea, popular Ingarö Golf with 36 holes and restaurant is within walking distance.
Just below the house is a shared swimming area with a small sandy beach at Lagnöström. Access to a large lawn for play and games.

The kitchen is fresh and well-equipped with fridge & freezer/water & ice maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
There is also a nice dining area for 4 - 6 people with lots windows that gives a nice view.
Next is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, access to a glazed furnished balcony and adjacent a sunny terrace with dining area, grill and 2 sun loungers.

There are 2 bedrooms; the larger one has a double bed.
The small bedroom has a single bed and a workspace.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine.

Here there is a very picturesque environment with winding gravel roads and a promenade lined with beautiful turn-of-the-century houses that stretches for several km.

Within a short driving distance there are many popular excursion destinations such as Björnö nature reserve, Artipelag art museum, Säby Gård, and the capital Gustavsberg's pleasant harbor area with a porcelain museum, glass and porcelain outlets, art and culture center, restaurants and cafes.
For those looking for sporty activities, there is Ingarö sports field which is 5 minutes away by car and offers spontaneous sports and exercise trails.
In Gustavsberg about 15 minutes by car there is most other sports facilities; e.g. tennis, paddle and a bathhouse with an adventure pool, gym, leader-led training sessions and SPA (pay per use or buy a clip card). Adjacent to the bathhouse there is a fun adventure playground and beautiful marked nature trails.
For children there is also an indoor playground in Mölnvik shopping center.
