Welcome to our bright and modern house in the idyllic fishing village of Vik on beautiful Österlen! The house is located on the same plot as our own private residence, pleasantly secluded. Here you stay with sea views, close to nature and everything this magical place has to offer – all year round.
Quite simply, a house to feel at home in.

The house, built in 2008, offers an open and airy atmosphere with high ceilings and a fresh interior. Here you will find:
• Fully equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking and enjoyable dinners.
• Up to four bedrooms and eight beds – flexible with partially separable beds and a comfortable sofa bed in an open bedroom.
• Fully tiled bathroom with shower – stylish and modern.
• Lovely patio – stone-paved terrace directly accessible from the living areas, in the best sun position with barbecue facilities.

For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fiber internet connection, and private parking.

Perfect location – close to everything
The fishing village of Vik is a gem on Österlen. Walking distance to the golf courses of Lilla Vik and Djupadal, a paradise for both nature lovers and golf enthusiasts. Nearby you will find nature with coastal meadows, bathing cliffs, sandy beaches, sea swimming and rolling forest areas alternating beautifully. The finest walking areas begin right outside the house, and the coastal stretch between Vik and Baskemölla is among the most beautiful on Österlen. Vik also offers excellent fishing, surfing, and has its own small kiosk in the harbor. In addition, there are good services such as excellent bus connections, a grocery store in the unmanned “Automaten”, restaurants, local produce at Orelund and Mandelmanns. Vik truly has that little extra.

With excellent transport connections, you can easily reach Simrishamn, Ystad, Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. Kristianstad is only 45 minutes north by car.

We offer flexible booking options: weekly rental, split week (Sun–Thu or Thu–Sun), or daily rental depending on the season.
